| I appreciate you selecting Designs by Barbara to help enhance the look of your home.
It is exciting getting to know each and every client I work with during the design process. It is wonderful seeing a client’s
house transform into a warm, cozy, and beautiful home, creating that unique look that is just for you.

| Fees: |
| Consultation: First Half Hour is complimentary, $60 per hour thereafter |
| Shopping: $60 per hour, plus 15% on all purchases made |
| Showroom Selection: $60 per hour to shop for merchandise at showrooms |
| ...you are welcome to come and help choose! |
| Installation: $60 per hour to decorate your home (average is 3-4 hours) |
| Deliveries: |
| Delivery will be set up with a moving company that is affordable and reliable. You are responsible
for the delivery fee. Fees begin when the movers leave the warehouse, to the showroom, load the furniture,
deliver to your home, unload the furniture into your home, and they factor in the time to return back to their
warehouse. The time it takes to do the following is determined and then the fee is finalized. You will write
a check to the moving company at that time. It is your responsibility to inspect all furniture at the time of
delivery. If there are any scratches, broken furniture, or other issues upon delivery, DO NOT SIGN THE APPROVAL
DELIVERY SHEET. CALL IMMEDIATELY TO DECIDE WHAT WE SHOULD DO. Most of the time the supplier will replace or
repair any damage at no cost to you if the damage is identified before the shipment is accepted. Once you have
signed the sheet you are responsible for all scratches, broken pieces, or flaws. I am not responsible for the
quality of the items or any damage that may have been sustained during shipping. |
